What we do…

Make traditional craft cider from the 17 varieties of English heritage-listed apples grown organically on the property. Our traditional still ciders proudly picked up silver and two bronze at the Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards in 2015.

Why you’ll like us…

A warm welcome always awaits you at our Tavern cellar door. In winter, cosy down around the open log fire with a mulled cider and in summer sit out in the courtyard and gardens, let the kids run free or enjoy a game of boccee with your friends. We also have live music and food on weekends, so please contact us to see what is coming up.

Some background about our business…

The business has been a labor of love that has taken twelve years to establish. The orchards are certified organic and boast 17 varieties of English heritage-listed apple trees, chosen for their fantastic cider making qualities. As well as the Tavern, a cidery with all equipment is on site to allow the full cycle of cider-making to happen right here! Tours can be arranged with prior notice.

Wet roasting your next pork shoulder using our medium cider, or adding a dash of our sweet to your spiced apple crumble. Our ciders also go particularly well with the excellent cheeses made by our friends at Goldfields Farmhouse Cheese in Ballarat.
