We enjoy a one-on-one relationship with our customers, selling direct and through farmers’ markets. We believe the business is strengthened by this personal feedback and fundamental philosophy of paddock to plate.

Allen and Lizette Snaith have been breeding Belted Galloway cattle for 30 years. Using quality stud genetics, the Snaith family believes in a paddock-to-plate approach to cattle breeding, now providing 100% grass fed, dry aged beef to restaurants and direct to the public through Victorian Farmers’ Markets.
