A husband and wife team, Freya comes from a chocolate background, previously working in renowned chocolate companies, and husband Thomas, fills in the gaps. Only the very best Swiss couverture chocolate is used, which is one of the only traceable couverture chocolates in the world. Swiss couverture chocolate is a higher quality chocolate as the first pick of beans are used and cocoa farmers are paid 4 times above Faire Trade wages.
