Atelier Chocolat is a little chocolate shop/workshop with a French flair in the heart of Trentham.
They manufacture small batches of chocolate made from scratch (with organic beans imported from Panama or Peru) that they use in all their baked products (brownies, cookies, etc…) and from which they also make high percentage, limited edition Bean to Bar chocolate bars. All of their chocolate blocks and spreads are made with Felchlin boutique couverture chocolate, manufactured in Switzerland. They also bake fresh and delicious French traditional cakes like Cannelés de Bordeaux, Bundt cakes, madeleines, waffles, etc… In normal trading times they also offer a selection of delicious hot chocolates served with house made marshmallow.
