Our Private Dining Options:

The Cellar – A special private dining space in our short term cellar offers the opportunity for intimate celebration. Surrounded by floor to ceiling ‘walls of wine’, and a glass wall with a view into the long term cellar, a locally crafted hand adzed American Oak table is the room’s centrepiece.

The Waterfront Pavilion – Positioned immediately below the Lake House Restaurant and featuring two openable walls of glass overlooking the waters of the lagoon. Access from the Waterfront Pavilion via the direct staircase to the lagoon foreshore takes your celebrations outdoors.

The Terrace – A contemporary country space with soaring ceilings, acres of luxe glass and stone. The space is designed to suit the personality of the hosts and as such can accommodate anything from an intimate shared table feast for 40 with twinkling candlelight and plush private lounge area or a gala style party for 150 with stage, dance floor and private bar.
