Matt Moran – ARIA, Barangaroo House, Chiswick, North Bondi Fish, Paddo Inn Grill, NSW

Hosted by Lake House Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker in The Cooking School at Lake House. Day includes all three demonstrations, recipes, tastings, baguette lunch, wine and refreshments.
