Passionate about French cooking and with a love of good wine, Steven Rogers’ career pays homage to his pastimes. Following years of training alongside some of the world’s most influential chefs, in 2013 Steven opened his own venture, a French restaurant, Midnight Starling, in the Victorian country town of Kyneton.
As owner and head chef, Steven has utilised his classical French training and years of European travelling to create his own little accent of France in the quaint setting. Steven’s menu reflects traditional dishes with locally sourced produce.
