Showcase event of the St Erth Spring Festival: Join Paul West for a workshop on growing food wherever you may be and however much space you have. Enjoy lunch in our Fork to Fork caf‚ using Paul’s recipes, which use seasonal produce and the no waste philosophy of using all cuts of meat. Lunch will be followed by a DIY sustainable project that you can also develop on at home.
